Thank you for considering d’Vine Wine Tour. 

• Payment/deposit of tour amount is required to guarantee your reservation.

• Cancellation policy: If d’Vine Wine Tour cancels a trip, customer will receive 100% refund. If customer cancels 30 or more days prior to event, 50% refundable​.
• No-Show policy: A No-show fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable waiting time, and gratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location for which a reservation has been made.

• Lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of d’Vine Wine Tour.
• In the event of any physical damage/defacement to the vehicle caused by customer, actual costs of repair to be charged for the repair. Cleaning of bodily fluids and stains, $300, ordinary spills /stains, $150. The vehicle is expected to return in the same condition it left in.
• Food or drink will not be consumed in the vehicle, except water provided by d’Vine Wine Tour.
• Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.  If at any time during the course of service, unsafe behavior or policy conditions of service have been broken by the passenger, the driver may end service.  All money shall be forfeited.

• NO OPEN ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR VEHICLES.
